Our Mission at Red Lion and Sun
The mission is to work for the protection of all human rights for all people; to help empower people to realize their rights, the power or right to act, speak or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint, the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved, and absence of subjection to despotic government.
To promote and enforce human rights, to engage in relationships that embody the principles of dignity and respect, and to create a culture of human rights compliance and accountability. We act as a driver for social change based on principles of substantive equality.
We work to mobilize and protect communities where justice is denied by campaigning for their rights to freedom of speech, and religion as well as the right to trial and freedom from torture and cruel treatment. Also, through the aid of food, clothing, and shelter, we help to transform societies by equipping people with the necessities to combat the challenges they face.
