حامد باقری پس از دعوت مردم برای برپایی تجمع اعتراضی در گلشهر کرج، با نیروهای حکومتی درگیر شده وبا شلیک مستقیم این نیروها به قتل رسید و پیکر او توسط نهادهای حکومتی ربوده شد.
